    1. Get long running SQLs
    2. Get top table scans
    3. Get top row overflow access
    4. Get top execution_id with respective SQL
    5. Get db2advis and exec plan if first is not good.
    6. Confirm tables and indexes are compressed
    7. Provide info to development team
